Good evening, friends, neighbors, and members of our Colton Community

My name is Joseph Paulino, and today I am proud and humbled to announce my candidacy for Colton City Council, District 4.

I’m running for one simple reason: District 4 deserves safe neighborhoods, reliable city services, and leadership that listens and delivers. Like many of you, I care deeply about the safety of our families, the condition of our streets, and the opportunities available to our children and seniors. I’ve spent my career working to solve problems, build trust, and bring people together, and I believe that same steady leadership is needed right here in Colton. This campaign is not about politics, t’s about people. It’s about showing up, listening, and doing the work. Together, we can build a Colton that works for everyone. I respectfully ask for your support, your voice, and your vote.

About ME

Joe Paulino is a 32-year law-enforcement veteran, and has served as Chief of the San Bernardino City Unified School District Police Department since 2010, providing steady, highly visible leadership and championing youth-engagement initiatives. He holds a master s degree in public administration, a bachelor s degree in workforce education, is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, and has earned POST Executive certification, while currently pursuing his PhD at Liberty University.
